Aceptamos cambios hasta los 30 primeros días calendario después de la fecha de entrega, presentando la tirilla de compra o número de cédula del comprador.

El producto debe encontrarse en perfectas condiciones, en su empaque original y sin ningún grado de utilización.

Puedes realizar cambios por otro producto de igual o mayor valor (asumiendo la diferencia).

Los cambios pueden efectuarse en las tiendas de Rionegro, Antioquia o Washington D. C.

Si deseas hacer cambios de muebles o iluminación, debes comunicarte con nosotros.
En caso que te encuentres en una ciudad diferente, llámanos al CEL. 313 615 40 34 para realizar el cambio y programar la recogida del producto.
Para esta mercancía, devuelta por cambio de parecer, debes asumir los costos que se generen por transporte.
En caso de devoluciones por productos defectuosos, los costos por transporte serán asumidos por nosotros.
